HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO THE WALDER FAMILY
The holiday season is here and I wish you all a happy, safe and joyous time. As the year comes to a close and you reflect back upon this year, remember the good times, the fun times and our loved ones that we all have lost. Be thankful that you have those memories and will be able to share them with future generations. As the new year comes, there will be more good times, fun times and sad times. But through it all continue to be grateful for what you have and the family that you have. Count your blessings. Continue to pray for our country and the men and women who have gone to war to fight for us. Also, keep in prayer the Walder Family Reunion 2010 and the entire legacy of Ries and Annie Walder. I have added a Memorial page to the site. When a loved one passes on, you may add their information. After it is submitted, I will approve it and the information will be posted. At that time anyone will be able to read the obituary and/or add a tribute. You may add a picture, but please note if the size of the picture is too large it may not load. 8 months and counting
As the holidays season approaches us, I'd like to wish everyone a safe and joyous time.
I'd like to thank those of you that took advantage of the Early Bird Discount #2. It is getting more exciting by the day to see the number of family members that are responding and will be attending the reunion. I have received a few phone calls from family members that did not receive a reunion packet. I do apologize that I do not have everyone's address and/or contact information. Once I receive your contact information I will add you to the database and you will receive all future correspondence. If anyone has not received a packet, but has access to the internet, you may download and print out any and all forms. If you do not have access to the internet, contact me and I will send a packet to you. Also, don't forget to order your T-Shirts. You can download and print the form and pay either online or mail in with payment. Please circle your ancestor family name so we get you the correct T-Shirt color. Since the T-Shirt Order Forms were not included in the original packet, I will be mailing one out in January along with the reminder for the next deadline date for the Early Bird Discount #3. If you have not made your hotel reservations as of yet, I encourage you to do so now to ensure your stay at the main hotel. 1/31/10 IS THE DEADLINE FOR:

Well family the reunion is now less than a year away. We have had several families to RSVP and register. It is very exciting to see that the website is being utilized. The Reunion Committee has met a few times and we have a lot planned that will add to your enjoyment and you will leave with a lifetime memorable experience.
Reminder notices were sent out to remind you that the Early Bird Discount #1 and the 1st payment of the Payment Plan is due by July 31, 2009. Due to the fact the notices went out late, the deadline has been extended until August 8, 2009. After that date the options will no longer appear on the Pay Registration page. The next deadline will be October 31, 2009 for the Early Bird Discount #2 and the 2nd payment of the Payment Plan (if you took advantage of the 1st payment). You may, however, pay anytime between now and then. Thank you to all those who took advantage of the Early Bird Discount #1.
